My approach to therapy is warm, nonjudgmental, and relational. I want to help you feel seen, so that you are comfortable exploring & working through what is most important to you. Through therapy, we will work together to help you feel more like yourself so you can fully experience your life with more joy and ease.

I work with individuals and especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ people of all ages, teenagers, and people who have ADHD. I also enjoy helping people navigate reproductive challenges (including abortion, getting pregnant, etc) and perinatal & postpartum time periods.
